Size guide

Every Cones World pre-rolled cone size in one place: overall length, filter tip length, opening diameter, tip diameter and approximate fill capacity. Lengths are measured end to end, including the filter tip, so compare cones by millimetres rather than by nickname.

Capacities are approximate and depend on grind, moisture and packing density. — = not published for this size; capacity is confirmed with the specification. *The Dogwalker 21 has more paper than the Dogwalker 26 (about 0.35g with a 26mm tip), so it holds slightly more; test with your own material. Little (60mm), Large and Fatboy (120mm) and Party (140mm) cones are custom production on request.

We also stock 64mm short cones (26mm tip, 10.2mm opening, 5.3mm tip) and 78mm cones (26mm tip, 10.7mm opening, 5.3mm tip), which are not shown on the diagram. King size cones are also available with 19mm, 30mm and 40mm filter tips.

How to choose a size

  • Start from the finished product. A one-gram single usually means a 109mm king size cone; a half-gram pre-roll means an 84mm or 98mm cone; multi-packs of smaller units suit 70mm dogwalkers.
  • Check your filling machine trays. Trays are size-specific. Our cones are compatible with all standard filling machines, including Knockbox and King Kone.
  • Check your packaging. Measure a filled and closed pre-roll, not the empty cone, before ordering tubes or tins.
  • Test before you scale. Order a single box of each candidate size, or the Size Explorer bundle.
