Collection: Volume packs
Volume packs let you buy one specific cone or tube at production scale, from about 10,000 to 1,000,000 units per order. Each pack is built from sealed master cartons of 6 boxes, and the price per cone steps down at each pack size. Order online; where stock is low, packs are made to order, and we confirm lead time and freight by email after you order.

Ordering and box counts
Box counts follow one rule across the range: 800 per box for 109 mm and 98 mm cones, 900 for 84 mm and 78 mm, 1,000 for 76 mm and shorter, and 250 per box for special cones (wooden tip, flavoured and some blunt cones) and for tubes. A carton is 6 boxes. Use the size guide to compare lengths and the cone calculator to work out how many boxes a batch needs.
Every format is compatible with all standard filling machines, including Knockbox and King Kone. Stock boxes are dispatched within 72 hours. For your own brand, see custom packaging; private label has no minimum order and businesses can request free logo samples. Trade buyers can open a wholesale account.
