Products and sizes

What sizes of pre-rolled cones do you stock?

Our stock sizes run from 64mm to 109mm, including 64mm, 70mm (dogwalker), 78mm, 84mm (1 1/4), 98mm (reefer) and 109mm (king size). 60mm and 140mm cones are available as custom production on request. See the size guide for measurements of each size.

How much does each cone size hold?

As a guide, a 70mm cone holds about 0.35 g, 84mm and 98mm cones about 0.5 g, and a 109mm cone about 1.0 g. Actual fill depends on your material, grind and packing density, so we recommend a test run with samples. The cone calculator helps you estimate quantities.

How are cone lengths measured?

Lengths are measured end to end, including the filter tip. Compare cones by millimetres rather than by nickname, as names such as "king size" are not used consistently across the industry.

Do your cones contain tobacco?

No. Our cones contain no tobacco.

Do you make blunt cones and tubes?

Yes. We offer pre-rolled blunt cones, blunt wraps and blunt-wrap pre-rolled tubes, as well as pre-rolled tubes.

Do you offer flavoured cones?

Yes. Our stock flavours are goji berry, mango, pineapple and chamomile. Browse the flavoured pre-rolled cones collection for current formats.

Papers and tips

Which papers can I choose from?

We offer refined white, unrefined brown, hemp and coloured paper cones.

What paper weight do you use?

Our standard cone paper is 14 GSM. Blunt-wrap tubes use a heavier 50 GSM wrap.

What filter tip lengths are available?

Tip lengths include 19mm, 21mm, 26mm, 30mm and 40mm, depending on the cone. Each product listing shows the tip fitted to that cone.

What tip styles do you offer?

Alongside standard paper filter tips, we offer glass tips, wooden tips and spiral paper tips on selected cones and tubes. Custom tips are quoted on request.

Will your cones work with my filling machine?

Our cones are compatible with all standard filling machines, including Knockbox and King Kone. If you run a specific machine, tell us the model and we can suggest a sample to trial.

Ordering

How many cones are in a box?

98mm and 109mm cones are packed 800 per box, 78mm and 84mm cones 900 per box, and 64mm and 70mm cones 1,000 per box. Speciality cones and tubes are packed 250 per box.

What is a carton?

A carton is 6 boxes of the same product.

What buying options are there?

You can shop by the box, where the price per box stays the same at any quantity. Bulk packs give a lower price per box, and bundles are sold at a fixed price below the cost of buying the boxes separately.

What are volume packs?

Volume packs let you order from 2 to 208 cartons on many cones. If stock is low, a volume pack is made to order, and we confirm the lead time and freight by email.

Is there a minimum order?

You can order a single box online. We set no minimums on private label.

Shipping and dispatch

How quickly do you dispatch?

Online and custom orders are dispatched within 72 hours, plus shipping time.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a $50 flat rate.

Where are you based?

We are headquartered in India with North American operations. Our US address is 4150 S Hualapai Unit 2038, Las Vegas, NV 89147.

How is freight handled on large orders?

For volume packs and larger B2B orders, we confirm freight and lead time by email before the order ships.

Returns

Can I return an order?

Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days. Please contact us first at business@conesworld.com so we can arrange the return. See our refund policy for details.

Wholesale and B2B

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. B2B partners get trade pricing with quantity breaks. Visit wholesale or B2B partnership to apply.

How quickly will I get a wholesale quote?

We reply to wholesale quote requests within 1 to 2 business days.

Who do you supply?

We supply more than 2,000 brands across the US, Canada, Europe, Thailand and beyond, including pre-roll brands, dispensaries, distributors and retailers.

Will you share my business details with other clients?

No. We never discuss a client's business with another client.

Private label and packaging

Do you offer private label cones?

Yes, with no minimums. Learn more on build your own brand.

Can I get a logo sample before ordering?

Yes. Businesses can request free logo samples.

Do you make custom tips and packaging?

Custom tips and packaging are quoted on request. See custom packaging for the options to discuss with our team.

What artwork do you need for private label?

Send your logo as a vector file where possible, and tell us the colours you need. Our team will confirm the artwork requirements for your chosen cone, tip or packaging when we quote.

Samples

Can I try your cones before ordering?

Yes. Businesses can request a free business sample kit to compare sizes, papers and tips.

Quality and documentation

How long has Cones World been manufacturing?

We have manufactured pre-rolled cones since 2016. We are headquartered in India with North American operations, and our skilled workforce of more than 1,500 people produces more than 50 million cones a month across more than five manufacturing units.

Can I get product specifications?

Yes. Specifications and batch or lot details are available on request. See our trust center and quality and documentation pages.

What should I check when an order arrives?

Check that the size, paper, tip and box count match your order, and that boxes arrive sealed and dry. If anything is wrong, contact us with your order number and photos.

Importing

Can you ship to Canada, Europe or Thailand?

We supply brands across the US, Canada, Europe and Thailand. Contact us with your destination and volume so we can confirm freight and paperwork.

Which import rules apply to cones in my country?

Import, customs and product rules vary by country and can change. Confirm the requirements for your products with your customs broker or a qualified adviser before you order. This answer is general information and not legal advice.
