Cones World is a manufacturer of pre-rolled cones, pre-rolled tubes and blunt cones, supplying more than 2,000 brands across the US, Canada, Europe, Thailand and beyond since 2016. We run 5+ manufacturing units with a skilled workforce of more than 1,500 people and produce over 50 million cones a month.

What we make

Ordering and box counts

Box counts follow one rule across the range: 800 per box for 109 mm and 98 mm cones, 900 for 84 mm and 78 mm, 1,000 for 76 mm and shorter, and 250 per box for special cones (wooden tip, flavoured and some blunt cones) and for tubes. Every format is compatible with all standard filling machines, including Knockbox and King Kone. Stock boxes are dispatched within 72 hours. For your own brand, see custom packaging; private label has no minimum order and businesses can request free logo samples. Trade buyers can open a wholesale account.
