How we check every order, and the documentation we provide.
Partners selling into regulated markets need clarity on materials and inspection. This page sets out our process. If your team requires something not listed, contact us.
Cones World LLC supplies 2,000+ brands and produces more than 50 million cones a month. We are headquartered in India with North American operations. Online and custom orders are dispatched within 72 hours, plus shipping time.
Our cones and tubes are unfilled paper products. They contain no cannabis or tobacco and ship as standard commercial goods.
What we check
Each order is checked against the following before dispatch.

| Packing | Boxes are sealed and packed to arrive dry and undamaged. | Specs on request |
We complete supplier questionnaires accurately and will state clearly where a document is not available.
How an order gets checked
These are the steps every bulk order goes through.

Paper in
Incoming paper is checked on arrival. Non-conforming paper is not used.

Seams
Glued seams are checked, as weak seams are the main cause of cones splitting in filling machines.

Size
Length and tip are measured so cones seat correctly in machine trays.

Batch codes
Batches are coded so any shipment query can be traced to its batch.

Before it ships
Finished boxes are sampled for seams, dimensions and appearance before dispatch.

The following are available on request.

Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days. Please contact us first to arrange the return.
